Terms Of Use

By placing a reservation with Topctlimo you acknowled and agree to the following policies and terms and conditions.

Rates

For travel to and from most airport and cities our standard rates apply. For travel between locations where we do not have a flat rate, an hourly charge is calculated plus, gratuity ,Tolls, parking fees. All trips billed on ( 60) dollars hourly basis a four (4) hour minimum in Connecticut (topctlimo) Rates are subject to change at any time.

Cancellation Policy / No-Show Fees

If you are unable to locate your driver at anytime, please call our dispatch 860.796.4893. immediately . Cancellations are accepted by phone only. Cancellations of less than three hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full base fare price of the trip fare plus the, and applicable, parking, wait time, etc. We are not responsible for passenger flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. We will effort to fulfill client needs in these instances subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings without detriment to other reserved clients.

At the time of cancellation you will have a cancellation number for your records. It is the client’s responsibility to retain the cancellation number. If you are not able to contact Topctlimo for your cancellation, it will be considered a ‘no-show’ and will result in a cancellation fee the full fare of the trip plus applicable waiting time, parking). All reservations will be considered a ‘no show’ at one (1) hour past your scheduled pick-up time. If you have not contacted our office or met your driver by that time you will be charged in full fare for the reservation. cancellation fee equal to one hundred (100) percent of the trip total will be incurred. Deposits may be used for credit on future trips . Topctlimo Worldwide shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed, or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the cancellation policy.

Change Policy

Topctlimo requires that all changes be received by phone three (3) hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the client will be charged fifty (50) % percent of the fare including the 20% services fee. Changes cannot be made with our Driver. All changes must be made with a Customer services Representative or a Dispatch by calling the office at 860.796.4893.

Wait Time

At Topctlimo, all flight arrival times are updated in real time. Our information is only as reliable as the information provided by the airlines and airports. Once you have contacted our office, wait time will start after 30 minutes past the last posted flight arrival time or at a time otherwise designated by the Topctlimo dispatch office. Wait time will be billed at the hourly rate of 60 $ of the sedan vehicle that was reserved plus gratuity, if its SUV it will be differerent charges and any other additional parking.

For all point to point reservations there is a fifteen (15) minute grace period from the scheduled pick-up time. Wait time charges will begin once that fifteen (15) minute grace period has past or at a time designated by the Topctlimo dispatch office. Wait time will be billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle that was reserved plus gratuity .

Accounting / Billing

Topctlimo rides are billed to either a customer’s credit card or a corporate account. All charges, including gratuity are billed to your credit card . For credit cards, payment is pre authorized twenty four (24) prior to trip date. Full payment is taken after trip completion. Topctlimo all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa). Rates include the base charge, 15 % gratuity plus tolls, airport, parking . All point to point , A twenty (20) percent gratuity is added to services for all other vehicles.

All payments must be settled prior to trip date. chauffeur are not permitted to accept payment of any kind. All cash, checks, money orders, etc. must be paid at the office three (3) days prior to trip date. All rates are subject to audit after services completion. This audit includes, but is not limited to, actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, redeye fees, additional time, etc. Client is responsible for full payment of any additional charges beyond the original agreement. Hourly trips are billed the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for plus all applicable time thereafter. A deposit is taken at time of reservation for all hourly reservations. Deposits are non-refundable

Rates are confirmed at time of reservation. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, rates may vary. Suggested gratuity is added to on the bill for all trips. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the gratuity already on your bill. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the gratuity by providing a cash tip to the driver if you do not notify the office prior to travel. In booking a reservation, you authorize Topctlimo to bill you accordingly or charge the credit card provided for the servicess rendered at the rates given at time of reservation and any charges incurred after trip completion.

Additional Charges

Any reservation with pick-ups during the hours of 11:00 PM EST and 5:00AM EST will incur a early bird . For all trips, there is an additional fee for all extra stops . There is an additional fee on pickups from all Piers and Cruise Terminals . These charges are subject to change at any time. Please call our office for updated information. Holiday surcharges may vary.

Wait & Return Limo services

For Prom reservations, full payment is taken at the time of reservation. There are no refunds. A contract must be completed and signed by a parent of one of the minors traveling before a reservation is final. For Wedding and wait and return (hourly) services reservations, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid three (3) days prior to the trip date. Deposits will only be refunded if cancelled saven (07) days prior to the trip date. Hourly trips are billed the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for, then in ½ hour increments, thereafter. All Topctlimo policies apply for all point to point, prom, wedding, and wait and return services.

SURCHARGES

A $ 20.00 holidays surcharges plus gratuity will be added on the following days; christmas Eve and day, Fourth of july, Easter Eve and day Labor Day, Memorial Day ,Thanksgiving Day.

Others

Topctlimo is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, road work, accidents, flight delays, or weather delays.Topctlimo reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if our office or dispatcher feel that the client and or party of the client is putting Driver in danger . Additionally, if the client and or party of the client are in the possession of any illegal material and or illegal substances, this services will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. there is no exception. Topctlimo is not responsible for items left in any vehicle, lost or damaged. If you do forget your belongs in a vehicle please call our office immediately . The client is responsible for all damages or cleaning charges incurred by the client or party of the client committed during services, accidentally. Client holds Limousine services harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party accidentally. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Client agrees that no illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages will be consumed in our vehicle(s). Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. Topctlimo reserves the right to replace vehicles, in case of mechanical problems, with vehicles of the same capacity or greater, but not always in the same color as ordered. In case of misconduct by your party, the Dispatch and chauffeur has the right to terminate services without any refunds . Topctlimo terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information.
